Message in a Bottle Fabric Design

Message in a Bottle (washed up on the Beach) fabric - for the Spoonflower’s “A Trip to the Beach” design challenge. So a very old message in a bottle washed up on the beach. Perfect for quilt backing or fussy-cutting.

I made this design to continue my exploration of making glass bottles. Certainly my best glass bottle to date. Getting a glass look - instead of solid or plastic-looking - and being able to see through the glass yet the “glass” still be visible - is a challenge.
